Shots and Medicine and Shots and SHOTS?!?

Malaria, Tetanus, Hep A … oh my!

Note to Self:  No more trips that require any immunizations AT ALL!!!!!!

I know that is totally unrealistic, but I was NOT a happy camper when I found out that I needed shots for this trip.  With it being more last minute than planned, all of it snuck up on me really quick.  Good news is that as soon as I get through all of these, I won’t need to repeat any of them, except the usual ones.  That’s what I need to keep telling myself at least.

Malaria is a 5 week course of medication that I’m not so thrilled about adding to my schedule, but I’d rather take it than die.  At least it’s not a shot!  The shots come in a couple days, if I can gain the nerve.  Kevin will be headed next week for his.  Oh well.  We will survive.

Still shopping for last minute things.  I ordered a bag to carry around while I am running around.  It is small, compact and easier to keep track of hopefully.  The last thing I need is to lose my bag to a pickpocket.
